Access online listing of child care providers by using key words “mile high united way 211 line” Website has child care link.  Click on this link and you will be hooked up to online chatline with resource person who will help you search for providers in the area you have chosen given the days and hours in which you need childcare.  After the chat, they will e-mail you a complete listing of providers within a couple of hours.  Then, it is up to you to call the providers!

Fussy Baby Hotline
For parents who have concerns about their baby’s fussiness during their first year of life. Call and leave a message and within 24 hours an infant specialist will call to work with you to find ways to soothe your baby. Other programs also provided through Fussy Baby Network Colorado.

McKinney Vento Homeless Assistance Program
Speak to your student’s school about their McKenny Vento Homeless Education Liaison. Most all public schools have someone that can help you navigate available resources in the community, particularly as it regards to care and education of your child. All children and youth have a right to immediate enrollment, the right to choose between neighborhood school or the school they last attended before losing housing, right to enroll in school without proof of residency, immunizations, school records or other documents, the right to transportation assistance to school of origin, right to receive free lunch and other resources, the right to be ree from harassment and isolation and the right to have disputes settled quickly. If your child is not enrolled in school, find the closest school and speak to someone in the front office about connecting with the McKenny Vento Educaqtion Liaison and enrolling your student.
